The counters mission are to scan the inventoried products. We attach a particular attention on these collaborators because the reliability of the Ivalis inventories (Up to 99,9%) rests on quality counting, a lot of rigor and a sharp control of the final work.

To do this, we developed a site dedicated to their recruitment – ESPACEJOB – designed as an employment exchange. This board job allows them, when their candidacy is held, to find a “job” (Inventory operator) answering their constraints in terms of timetable. They can position themselves on missions, by choosing a date or particular region. We insure them a training session and capitalize on their acquired experience, this by means of a loyalty system that guarantees a win-win relation.

Their mission consists above all in survey based control. These controls guarantee the reliability of the inventories and rest on very precise processes. This job particularly addresses the people who have more time and who are avid to acquire and develop skills connected to teamwork.

For the young graduates – who still haven’t entirely joined the labor market – it is a real opportunity. By the accumulation of different types of missions (Inventories on different customers by their brand and/or their size), these students capitalize an experience that they will be able to value and put forward on their CV.
